Introducing a new supplier membership level for Facilitiesline.
We are pleased to announce an exciting enhancement to our compliance offering for Facilitiesline (part of the Once For All Group) by introducing Facilitiesline Silver and revising the existing Facilitiesline Gold.
The Silver membership will reflect the current requirements covered by the existing Gold level, with the same questions and level of compliance. We will enhance Facilitiesline Gold with new questions that meet the latest standards for Facilities Management.The new version of Gold will include additional criteria that reflects the growing demand for information on suppliers’ ethical practices, environmental policies, building safety competence and quality management information.The extra requirements are great for suppliers who want to stand out in the competitive market!
Bronze membership covers the basics, for those working on small FM sites.
The Silver membership is for those who work on larger FM sites and are serious about getting extra work.
Stand out from the crowd with a Gold membership and be considered for the largest projects.
We plan to release the update in Summer 2025. More information will be provided to existing Facilitiesline Buyers and Suppliers nearer the time.
Facilitiesline is changing from two membership levels (Bronze and Gold) to three (Bronze, Silver and Gold). Bronze will remain unchanged and the existing Gold question set will become Silver.
New Gold questions will be introduced which includes additional criteria reflecting the growing demand for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), building safety competence and quality management information.
Existing Bronze suppliers will have more choice when it comes to upgrading, helping them to meet the requirements of their work categories and buyers.
Existing Gold suppliers will have access to Facilitiesline Silver and Gold until their next renewal date. Their verification status will be migrated to Silver, which means they will NOT be verified to the updated version of Gold. They can complete the new Gold questions to gain this additional level of compliance while they have access to both membership levels.
Most of our existing buyers will still request the new Silver level for their supply chains, meaning you will not need to upgrade to Gold to continue with the work you’re doing currently.
The updated Gold reflects enhancements to the facilities management industry for suppliers aiming to stand out from the crowd.
Existing Gold members will automatically renew at the Silver level, so there are no actions required if you are happy with your current level of compliance.
You will be able to upgrade your renewal to the new version of Gold in the membership centre once the update has taken place, but you will need to pay the additional fee and complete the revised Gold questions to gain verified status.
The Facilities Management industry is growing rapidly. Consequently, requirements are too, as well as requests from buyers. Upgrading to the new Gold membership will help you stand out from the crowd by demonstrating your competence around Building Safety, ESG, and quality management.
